About Kurt Riggin

​I challenged and passed the federal bar in 1998. I was born in Montana and have been adopted by the Kikiallus Tribe and appointed Chief by the former Chief on his death. The Kikiallus Tribe is a recognized tribe by the State of Washington. It's legitimacy was established with the Point Elliot treaty of 1857, long before the establishment of the BIA (Bureau Of Indian Affairs).
